Empowering you with evidence-based resources and expert guidance to take control of your pelvic health.

About Revive Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Hello! I’m Alecia, a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist & the founder of Revive Pelvic Health Physical Therapy.

I created Revive Pelvic Health Physical Therapy as a supportive resource for the many women silently struggling with pelvic pain and recovery after surgery - because I have been there too.

After experiencing my own pelvic health challenges and undergoing surgery, I realized how few accessible, trustworthy resources were available to help guide recovery and provide support. I know how isolating and overwhelming that can feel, and I don’t want anyone else to have to navigate it alone.

As a licensed Physical Therapist with a Certification of Achievement in Pelvic Health from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), I have completed comprehensive, evidence-based education and rigorous clinical training in pelvic health physical therapy.

I built Revive Pelvic Health PT to be a space where you can find clear, evidence-based information, practical tools, and compassionate support for every stage of your healing journey.

Whether you are preparing for childbirth, healing after surgery, or managing chronic pelvic pain, this platform is here to empower and support you.

Here, you’ll find:

✔ Downloadable guides and recovery programs, tailored to specific needs—like pregnancy, postpartum care, pelvic pain, and post-surgical healing.
✔ A research-based blog with summaries of peer-reviewed pelvic health articles highlighting the latest in pelvic floor physical therapy.
✔ Exclusive discounts on trusted pelvic health products to support recovery and self-care.

Your pelvic health matters, and Revive Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is here to support you every step of the way.

I believe that education and support are essential to healing, which is why I created this platform to be a comprehensive space where individuals can find expert-led guidance at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering from surgery, or managing chronic pelvic pain, I am here to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and encouragement you need to take proactive steps toward recovery.
